SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- OceanFreight Inc. Chief Financial Officer James Christodoulou resigned effective Nov. 30, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday, citing the executive himself. The newspaper said Christodoulou was let go in the middle of a two-year contract and that he did not know who would replace him. The company went public in April. The Journal said OceanFreight declined to comment. Shares of OceanFreight dropped 7.9% to $18.07 in recent trading.
