    According to Globes, Morgan Stanley raised its recommendation on Israeli domestic equities to Overweight and reduced its recommendation for tech stocks to Neutral. Morgan Stanley analysts wrote that the Israeli market is "the cheapest on a forward, risk adjusted basis...We are thinking that the market will move back to an 'ERP and value' based framework as a correction, as opposed to the 'IRR and growth' theme that has driven market since October."

    TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Magal Security Systems Ltd., the Yehud, Israel, provider of intrusion-detection solutions, said on Wednesday that its Senstar-Stellar subsidiary received a $20 million order from a large Latin American city for a municipal-surveillance security solution. Most of the project, to be based on Magal's Fortis Command and Control System, will be completed this year, Magal said. The project will integrate hundreds of cameras, emergency-call units, and video analysis connected to a unified command-and-control center, Magal said.
